Roe & Co. Distillery

Roe & Co. might not be a familiar name to you, but at one time the Roe family’s Thomas Street Distillery was the biggest producer in Ireland––when Ireland ruled the whiskey world. Today, Diageo, the largest distiller of scotch whisky and owner of Guinness, has brought this famous name back to Dublin with a modern twist.

As you await your tour, catch a sneak peek of the still room from ground level. Your guide will walk you through the history of the Roe family and brand before giving you a bird's-eye view of the stills. From there, you will learn about and taste Roe & Co’s flagship blend. Next, the tour diverges along a choice of paths depending on the ticket you purchased. One tour walks you through the blending, while the other lets you craft your own cocktail. This hands-on experience is a rarity in the world of distilleries and gives this tour a leg up on its neighbors.
