Dingle Distillery

The history of Dingle Distillery goes all the way back to the very origins of the Irish whiskey craft revolution. And to prove that, in 2022, they were the first distillery outside of Cooley, Bushmills, and Midleton to release their own 10-year-old Irish single malt. The distillery features three copper pot stills, a gin still, and a vodka still. You may have seen their younger batch series in the past, but they recently established their blue label single malt as their flagship. They age this whiskey around seven years.

After being closed for reconstruction, the distillery has reopened for tours. Student & Senior discounts available. No one under 18 permitted on the tour.
