Whiskey Lore Distillery Info Submission – Terms of Service

Welcome to Whiskey Lore, a service provided by Travel Fuels Life LLC. By submitting your distillery information, you agree to the following terms of service. Please read them carefully.
1. Information Provided
For Publishing in a Book and on the Whiskey Lore Website: The information you provide will be used to validate research conducted by Whiskey Lore. All information provided should be business focused and related to your distillery. Your name, email address, and phone number will be forwarded through email to Whiskey Lore and Hannush Web for processing and monitoring and will not be sent to third parties beyond these two entities. If you prefer not to provide this information through our system, you can provide it by phone (use our scheduling platform for ease of use). The information gathered will be used in a published book as well as a distillery profile on Whiskey-Lore.com.
Removal Requests: You may request the removal of your profile by emailing whiskeylore@travelfuelslife.com.
3. Service Disclaimer
As-Is Service: Whiskey Lore provides all services "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of availability, accuracy, or performance.
No Endorsement: Submission of information, a photo, or purchase of a profile does not constitute endorsement by Whiskey Lore.
4. Payment and Fees
Basic Information: A basic profile and the information you provide for it is free, including up to one photo, provided with a photographer credit (see terms during photo submission). If an extended profile is desired, the cost is $500 USD, payable in advance via PayPal.
Additional Fees: Any updates or edits beyond the initial corrections period are charged at $75 per half hour. Potential clients outside the United States should contact whiskeylore@travelfuelslife.com to make arrangements for payment, if a full profile is desired.
5. Communication and Privacy
Contact: By submitting distillery details, a photo or profile information, you agree to allow Whiskey Lore to communicate with you via the email address or phone number provided for updates about your submission.
Privacy: Your contact information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
Travel Fuels Life LLC (doing business as Whiskey Lore) is not responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, or unauthorized third-party use of submitted content. By submitting a photo, you represent and warrant that you are the copyright holder or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to grant the usage rights described above. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travel Fuels Life LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses—including reasonable attorney's fees—arising out of or related to your submitted content, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement or violation of any third-party rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Fuels Life LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. In no event shall the total liability of Travel Fuels Life LLC exceed the total amount paid by you (if any) for the submission of the photo or related services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
7. Amendments
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the service, you agree to the updated terms.
